Early Intervention Teacher
Teacher Ling has more than a decade of experience working with children from 18 months to Primary school ages. She has experience working with both neurotypical children and children with varying levels of developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech and Language Delay (SLD), and Global Developmental Delay (GDD). With her prior experience as a kindergarten teacher, she is equipped with a deeper understanding of various developmental areas and the necessary skills children require to progress well in their educational journey.
Teacher Ling believes that each child is unique and has his or her own temperament and learning style. She seeks to work closely with her Champ’s therapists and parents to find the way that the child learns best. Her lesson plans focus on the specific needs of each child in a safe, vibrant and engaging environment. She looks forward daily to being a facilitator in their learning journey.
