She is registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) and is a Speech and Language Therapy Singapore Association (SALTS) member. Alison has been a practising speech therapist since 2016.

Alison has worked with adults and children in various settings in the public and private healthcare sectors, including acute and community hospitals, early intervention centres and outpatient multidisciplinary clinics. Due to her prior experience in the early intervention setting, Alison has developed a strong clinical interest in early language development and managing speech sound disorders.
