Jovin Lee
Early Intervention Teacher

Jovin graduated from NTU with a Bachelors of Social Sciences in Psychology with Highest Distinction and started her journey with MindChamps Allied Care with passion and zest assisting in several main classes for the Early Intervention Programme. Over the years, Jovin has proven to be a dedicated allied educator and has had the opportunity to work with many children of differing needs, while building a solid teaching foundation through close mentorship from the Early Intervention Programme teaching team. She has had the opportunity to gain more skills via informal workplace trainings and has worked well with children who require the use of teaching tools like the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and other classroom strategies.

With her background and studies in Psychology, Jovin also aims to incorporate evidence-based psychological techniques, along with graded goal-setting and supportive guidance to nurture a child's growth. Her training in the field of psychology also gives her the techniques and strategies to manage and help children who struggle with emotional regulation and behaviour management. Jovin takes joy in tailoring her lesson plans and classes to suit Champs’ individual needs and development. She also believes in connecting and collaborating with other team members and external teachers, specialists and therapists her Champs may be working with to empower and bring out the child's outmost potential.
