Early Intervention Teacher

mavis.png

Mavis has worked in the early intervention sector since her academic years. She has had experiences working in EIPIC centres and inclusive preschools with children of various needs and ages.

Mavis is inclusive and attentive to all, and her diploma studies have equipped her with the knowledge and skills to carry out a fun and engaging curriculum that inculcates learning through sensorial elements, play, art, and gym. With her past work experiences, she has been able to apply the techniques learnt and has shaped her into an individual that is committed to putting in her best effort into the work she does for the children.

“A child's life is like a piece of paper on which every person leaves a mark.” This is a quote she resonates with and holds closely to heart. She believes that every single individual can positively impact a child and it is our responsibility to be a nurturing educator who empowers children and equip them with the necessary skills to work towards a life of success and happiness.
