Pamela has over 20 years of experience working with children, youths and adults from diverse backgrounds. She is passionate about her work; hence, she strives continuously to upgrade her skills and stay updated on the latest developments in mental health research.

 

Pamela believes that every person is an individual who should receive individualised treatment. Therefore, she adapts various treatment methods that would best help her clients.

Pamela started working with children and youths with behavioural problems from her university days, when she was an active volunteer with a Christian organisation that helps troubled youths from disadvantaged backgrounds. She has experience working with children and youths with challenging behaviours, like anger issues, emotional dysregulation disorder caused by ADHD, Autism, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. She also worked with youths and adults with anxiety disorders and depression.

 

Dr Pamela is a certified Autism and ADHD Specialist. She is a strong advocate for an inclusive society, where individuals with special needs and mental health issues would be accepted unconditionally.
