A dedicated, passionate and highly driven Pediatric Occupational Therapist with 4 years of experience in a myriad of early intervention services. She is proficient in building strong rapport through the application of effective therapeutic techniques and creative approaches.
Crystal worked with paediatric clients across various settings, including education institutes like the Asian Women’s Welfare Association (AWWA) and the Development Support – Learning Support (DS – LS) under the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), as well as collaborative classroom interventions in the Early Intervention Centre. Her Occupational Therapy clinical experience includes working at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Institute of Mental Health, Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore and Thye Hwa Kwan Community Hospital.
Crystal continuously strives to create innovative solutions to improve and advocate for children’s participation and engagement in activities they enjoy while emphasizing on strong collaboration with family and other stakeholders to ensure the realization of the child’s full potential.
