Early Intervention Teacher

Erny is a compassionate educator with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals across a broad spectrum of disabilities, from young children to adults. Her career spans a variety of educational settings, including mainstream and international schools, EIPIC programmes, vocational training centres, and more. She has worked with learners as young as 3 years old to adults with complex intellectual and developmental disabilities.
For three years, Erny has served as both a Focus Teacher and Relief Teacher, providing academic and behavioural interventions in inclusive and special education settings. She also brings 13 years of experience supporting adults with special needs in vocational and community environments.
Erny’s teaching philosophy centers on creating a safe, inclusive, and relationship-based environment where every learner feels supported, understood, and empowered to grow. Her approach is highly adaptive, with lessons tailored to each individual’s needs, communication style, and learning profile.
