leanna.png

Felicia graduated with a Master of Speech Pathology (Distinction) from Curtin University, Australia, where she was awarded Dux for her cohort. She is also a recipient of the Social Service Scholarship administered by NCSS.

Since 2019, Felicia has been passionate about supporting children and their families through early intervention and advocacy for inclusive education. Her experience includes working with children aged 3 to 6 years in diverse settings, including the DSLS program, early intervention centres, and inclusive preschools.

Felicia adopts a collaborative and family-centred approach to therapy. She enjoys working closely with parents, educators, and other professionals to create meaningful, everyday opportunities for communication and learning. She has also led many workshops and coaching sessions for parents and teachers, equipping them with practical strategies to support each child’s development.

Her commitment to the field is also reflected in her leadership experience—mentoring junior therapists and students, leading multidisciplinary teams and Communities of Practice for early childhood educators and Inclusion Coordinators (ICOs) in Singapore.

Felicia’s therapy style is strengths-based and child-led. She firmly believes in celebrating each child’s unique interests and abilities, and that when children feel heard and supported, they develop the confidence to express themselves fully and authentically.
