With over eight years of experience supporting children across a wide range of ages and diverse developmental needs, Min Ji had worked in both voluntary welfare organisations and private settings, including international schools, early intervention programmes, and one-on-one sessions. Her approach integrates evidence-based frameworks and adaptable strategies to create individualised learning experiences that honour each child's unique strengths and developmental pace.
